Culturally Responsive Practice Collection

This platform contains collections of published and unpublished literature and multimedia/digital resources by members of the Black music therapy community along with relevant topics that affirm Black personhood and lifeworlds within music therapy theory, education, practice, and research. You can find links to articles, books, chapters, commentaries, music, presentations, tributes, undergraduate and graduate theses, videos, and more. The Culturally Responsive Practice Collection features resources that explore multicultural perspectives and critical culturally sustaining practices within music therapy. If you would like to add a resource to this collection, please complete the BMTN Archive Resource Submission Form.

Note: This platform is currently UNDER CONSTRUCTION. While you are able to view, sort, and access resource links, the search bar tool is currently being reconfigured to increase user functionality. Stay tuned for updates.
